Message	Probably because: 1) Ash used to post regularly on tt.net 2) Because many of his customers probably come from this site unlike Bill Gates and apple.com 3) because this site as most car sites are like a consumer reports type situation where reviews and feedback are posted 4) Because Z1, SpecialtyZ, and SPl among others find the time to regularly post in threads related to them or their products 5) Because if people with a problem don't post the issues may never get resolved.
